To inspire kids and youth to be creative thinkers while supporting their mental well-being.  Creating something every day helps us to expand, think and also nourish our well-being.

  • Guided Meditation/Breath Work

  • Creative Projects/Activities/Storytime

  • Creative Journaling (Optional)

  • Reflection/Solitude/Savasana
